Breakfast:
Went to The Hinge:
- "Hatch Hash" - 2 poached eggs, sweet potatoes, onions, peppers, kale, and hatch-chili-chicken (chicken sausage)
- 2 slices of pumpernickel bread, with raspberry preserves and butter
- 2 unsweetened black teas, iced
Lunch:
- glass of ruby red grapefruit juice
- 2 Newman-O's cookies
Dinner:
- Garlic Veggie Penne: organic whole wheat penne pasta (with flax), 1 jar of organic cabernet tomato sauce, onions (olive oil, butter, sea salt, paprika, garlic powder, organic pre-cut fresh garlic [A LOT]), broccoli, cauliflower, carrots
