Breakfast:

- 1 slice of whole wheat toast with local honey and goat cheese, with some egg white broccoli omelette on top.

- iced organic green tea, unsweetened

- bottle of perrier water

Lunch:

- half a veggie burger with tomato and cole slaw, with sweet potato fries (from Mugshots Diner)

Dinner:

- Eggplant Parmigiana sandwich, with fried onions (from Villagio)

- 2 strong beers from Memphis Taproom, smaller glasses

Late Night:

- other half of the mugshots diner veggie burger

- 1 Southern Tier beer, in a wine glass
